Once I have submitted and received a request from one mentor, does that mean I am ‘locked into’ that mentor for future requests?
Not at all! Once you have received your response, you are not obligated to contact mentor again if you don’t want to. However at HelpHub we focus on building relationships, not simply answering questions so our mentors would love to hear from you again.
How will I know if my request is a simple, moderate or detailed request?
Our mentors will respond with as much detail as they can to whatever request you send through. We have set parameters around what a simple, moderate and detailed request looks like (please see How it Works section for examples)
What if I need to hear back urgently?
No problem at all. Our mentors are here to serve! For a small fee of $20, we guarantee to get back to you within 48 hours so that you can get started as soon as possible!
How do I keep up to date with HelpHub news and updates, such as new mentors or site upgrades?

How much is membership?
